BCAA 2: 1: 1 consists of essential amino acids that the body itself cannot produce: L-leucin, L-isoleucine and L-Valin. It is a great preparation for muscle restoration after an intense workout, protection and cultivation. The lack of essential amino acids increases during exercise. Without the muscles, these essential amino acids, BCAA begins to decrease in the body and greatly increases muscle protein catabolism, which resulting in a long period of recovery, decreasing muscle mass and strength and physical form and general orandhasis. 

Consumption: As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules before sports and 3 capsules after sports, with a glass of water. Use according to the instructions of the sports doctor or coach and/or special nutritional program athletes. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use if you are pregnant or feeding!
